First things first, if you read my previous post, you’ll know I lost a stone in my engagement ring on March 29. I’m happy to report the stone has been replaced and the ring is back on my finger. For this I am grateful. It’s nice to have a ring that doesn’t turn my finger green. Although, I stand by my previous statement that my decoy ring was gorgeous.
It has been a busy time in my life lately! We are in Holy Week, after all. I am in the process of planning an Open Mic Night at church. We are doing some complicated music this weekend, also.
I have decided upon who will be doing my hair and makeup for the wedding. THANK GOD.
I am preparing to do music for an upcoming wedding as well as a women’s event. We are also going to be holding a Good Friday self-guided tour experience, so I’m involved in pulling that off.
May is going to be a month of absolute chaos! May 10-11 I will be with some coworkers on a trip to a conference at Passion City Church in Atlanta, Georgia. May 17 & 18 I am involved in my friend Emily’s wedding. May 19-21, I am going to be in Outer Banks on the Harper family vacation. May 24 & 25 I will be in Linden, Virginia acting as Wedding Singer in my best friend’s sister’s wedding. I’m on the schedule for the Music Team for every Sunday except May 12 (Mother’s Day), since my flight home gets in at midnight! Yikes.
It’s just a really good time in my life right now. I’m in a really good place.
